近幾年來,為(wei)(wei)了減緩油氣(qi)集(ji)輸(shu)管網(wang)所遭受的(de)(de)地下(xia)腐(fu)蝕(shi),延長管線的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,各(ge)油田配置了多種(zhong)(zhong)用(yong)于(yu)金屬陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)防腐(fu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)的(de)(de)特種(zhong)(zhong)電源,從(cong)現(xian)場使(shi)用(yong)情況(kuang)來看,存在(zai)著體(ti)積大、成本(ben)高、容(rong)量不足、保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)電位穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)差和可靠性(xing)(xing)不高等缺陷。隨著電力(li)電子技術的(de)(de)廣泛應用(yong),采用(yong)現(xian)代大功率(lv)DC/DC變換技術,研制新一(yi)代陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)特種(zhong)(zhong)電源,己(ji)成為(wei)(wei)陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)領域的(de)(de)一(yi)個重(zhong)要的(de)(de)發展趨(qu)向。
本文提出了(le)一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)荷轉移式零電(dian)(dian)流開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(CT -ZCS)DC/DC變換(huan)(huan)器,并(bing)依(yi)此結合所(suo)示的陰極保(bao)護原(yuan)理(li),構成了(le)一(yi)種新(xin)型陰極保(bao)護特種電(dian)(dian)源,對其工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)做了(le)詳細新(xin)穎的脈沖頻率反饋控制方法,分(fen)(fen)析了(le)CT1CS恒電(dian)(dian)位儀的性能特點,并(bing)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)給出了(le)有關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。設S1,S2為理(li)想(xiang)功率開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),二者輪流通斷,兩電(dian)(dian)容的取(qu)值(zhi)滿足在一(yi)個(ge)(ge)開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)周期T內,CT-ZCS變換(huan)(huan)器可分(fen)(fen)為4個(ge)(ge)等效(xiao)子(zi)拓撲,相應(ying)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)流穩態波形(xing)見。其中T2零電(dian)(dian)流諧(xie)振開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),為電(dian)(dian)容C諧(xie)振充電(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)容電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)初值(zhi)U.(0)= -U2,在諧(xie)振半周時刻達到最大(da)值(zhi)'S1開關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)零電(dian)(dian)流關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)斷。此狀態一(yi)直保(bao)持到t2時刻,轉入(ru)下一(yi)個(ge)(ge)拓撲。
期間:S1己(ji)處于截(jie)止,在(zai)(zai)t2時刻S2開(kai)(kai)始導(dao)2與G,構成諧(xie)振(zhen)回(hui)路。由于C0C,故C0可以恒壓源等(deng)效。t4時刻u. =0,二極管D開(kai)(kai)始導(dao)通(tong)。在(zai)(zai)此(ci)期間,C上的電荷量己(ji)全部轉(zhuan)移至C.及負載。
期(qi)間(jian):D與(yu)S2均導通,由于t時刻i2>0,此收稿(gao)曰期(qi):2005-08-30時的電(dian)感(gan)L2儲能(neng)使電(dian)容電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)在諧(xie)振至t5時刻達到負(fu)壓(ya)(ya)峰測試封裝材(cai)料薛勝(sheng)東:一(yi)種新型陰極防腐特種電(dian)源0期(qi)間(jian):S2已關斷,D仍處于導通。電(dian)感(gan)中電(dian)流在U作用下(xia)線(xian)性減小。當一(yi)個周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)結束(shu),即t6時刻4的線(xian)性減小可能(neng)尚在繼(ji)續與(yu)下(xia)一(yi)周(zhou)(zhou)期(qi)的L諧(xie)振充電(dian)并行。
由以上分(fen)析可見,在(zai)整個過程中,功(gong)(gong)率開關SI,S2及二(er)極管D均為零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)導通和零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)關斷;電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C起著雙重作用(yong),一(yi)則(ze)作為零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)開關的(de)諧(xie)振元件(jian),保(bao)證功(gong)(gong)率器件(jian)在(zai)導通與關斷時(shi)具有較低(di)的(de)di/dt,二(er)則(ze)作為能(neng)量(電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷)傳輸從電(dian)(dian)(dian)源Us到U轉移的(de)核(he)心部件(jian);要(yao)改變輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)大小,需要(yao)調節功(gong)(gong)率開關的(de)通斷頻率,即采(cai)用(yong)脈沖(chong)頻率控(kong)制方式。
2CT-ZCS變(bian)換器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)控(kong)制-ZCS變(bian)換器(qi)(qi)工作原(yuan)理,經分析可知,在理想情(qing)況下,忽略(lve)變(bian)換器(qi)(qi)本(ben)身的(de)(de)損耗,則每(mei)個穩(wen)態(tai)周(zhou)期轉移(yi)(yi)至輸(shu)出(chu)負載上(shang)的(de)(de)能量(liang)為:則輸(shu)出(chu)平均功率:P +Us)f其中,f為電(dian)荷轉移(yi)(yi)頻率;U2的(de)(de)大小(xiao)近似與L3成比例,通(tong)常(chang)為了降低器(qi)(qi)件(jian)的(de)(de)應力要求,選擇L3L2,特別是(shi)(shi)當L3=0時,U2=0,但此時二極管D的(de)(de)di/dt將明顯增大。由上(shang)式可見,對變(bian)換器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)功率的(de)(de)調節,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過(guo)對電(dian)荷轉移(yi)(yi)頻率來實(shi)現的(de)(de)。
根據(ju)中參比(bi)電(dian)位的控制要求而設計的CT換器控制原理圖如(ru)所(suo)示2,3.采用此(ci)控制方案(an)簡(jian)單可并賦予(yu)本電(dian)源裝置一大優點,即輸(shu)出端不怕短路(lu),因為(wei)當輸(shu)出電(dian)壓過低(di)甚(shen)至為(wei)零(ling)時,通(tong)過求和環節,使(shi)壓控振蕩器的輸(shu)出脈沖頻(pin)率限(xian)定于某一最低(di)值,從而限(xian)定了輸(shu)出電(dian)流的大小。此(ci)外(wai),若(ruo)反饋信號(hao)取自輸(shu)出電(dian)流,可以實現穩(wen)流輸(shu)出。
(a)所示為樣機實(shi)驗波形。在參比電(dian)(dian)位保持1. 22V情況(kuang)下,實(shi)測輸(shu)出(chu)外特(te)性(xing)曲線見(b),最(zui)大紋波系數(shu)為2.5%.本(ben)文討論了(le)(le)一種(zhong)適(shi)用于陰極保護特(te)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)CT -ZCS新型功(gong)率變換(huan)器(qi)拓撲,對(dui)其工(gong)作原理進行了(le)(le)詳(xiang)細(xi)分(fen)析(xi),結合恒電(dian)(dian)位儀的(de)(de)研制,提出(chu)了(le)(le)一種(zhong)簡(jian)單實(shi)用的(de)(de)脈沖頻率控(kong)制方案,闡述了(le)(le)該裝置的(de)(de)性(xing)能特(te)點,并(bing)給出(chu)了(le)(le)有(you)關實(shi)驗波形和(he)輸(shu)出(chu)外特(te)性(xing)的(de)(de)實(shi)測曲線。分(fen)析(xi)與實(shi)驗結果表明(ming),CT -ZCS變換(huan)器(qi)具有(you)如下優點:零電(dian)(dian)流功(gong)率開(kai)關有(you)利(li)于降低開(kai)關損耗和(he)提高(gao)變換(huan)器(qi)的(de)(de)容量和(he)效率;通過限定電(dian)(dian)荷轉移頻率可(ke)實(shi)現自動可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)短路保護;既可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)現恒壓輸(shu)出(chu)也可(ke)以(yi)實(shi)現恒流輸(shu)出(chu);既可(ke)采(cai)用GTR,IGBT等可(ke)關斷器(qi)件,更(geng)宜于采(cai)用快速晶閘(zha)(zha)管或高(gao)頻晶閘(zha)(zha)管,以(yi)獲得(de)大容量輸(shu)出(chu)。
